End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: December 9, 2024

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the developers of Cannonball Crew ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Cannonball Crew ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.

• Use the Game for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Game or its components.

• Exploit the Game for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, artwork, and sound effects, are owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. User Content

If you share, upload, or create content related to the Game (e.g., screenshots, gameplay videos), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for promotional purposes or in connection with the Game.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Game to improve functionality or fix issues. You agree that we are not obligated to provide updates and that updates may modify or remove certain features. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the update.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Game and all related files from your devices. We may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will function without interruptions or errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under Swedish consumer protection laws. For information on your consumer rights, visit the Swedish Consumer Agency's website: Konsumentverket.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
